Yeah possibly Tennant metals who is an Australian-based metals trading and investment house but if they are not able to secure investment from within Australia then there-in lies the problem to the whole Australian economy and we should be taxing the crap out of mining companies especially ones where more than half the profits are instantly leaving the country.
