IFE has only issued another 4mil shares and has secured funding for stage 1, at a cost of 50% of stage 1 profits.
TRf still controls IFE and doesn't have to fund stage 1.
No extra IFE shares on the market as I don't believe the Chinese will sell.
Both IfE and TRF will have cash flow and this will increase their worth and as somebody said before place both companies on the map, make finance for Tages 2 and 3 easier to get.
Looking at this long term it is a great deal for both.
