If the project was so damn good, i'm sure if further conveyancing was done, brokers and funds would've been happy to invest the tiny amount of 35 mil. Yeah, so this chinese company brings marketing, connections etc to the table, but isn't the IO market red hot, hot enough for steel mills to jump all over it anyway without additional "marketing" help?
anyway, for the long term, you have financing for stage 2, but to be honest, IFE could've done a lot better.
