If you do some NPV calcs for the DSO project I think you will find that IFE are/were unlikely to achieve a debt/cap raising free ride into Stage 2 production.
I cant do the figures now, because im heading into a meeting, but if you calculate the figures for say 3yrs @ 2mtpa less discount rate, less taxes, less probable withdrawals of funds per TRF free carry of 20% you will find IFE need some cash to backup the project.
