Based on 102,210,486 shares on issue with a new market cap of $38,337,617 (15,000,000 x 0.55 + 87,210,486 x 0.345), i calculated 37-38c as a reasonable price. This doesn't take into account any positivity from the actual announcement of the offtake agreement, nor that scoping study expenses are covered but i would argue close to fair value based on closing price y/day.
