Thanks for the news chembro, I can only see the reports and what happens on the road, i don't get to hear any those types of rumors.
I'm pretty disappointed with the CEO news and those things you mention (which I am hearing for the first time)
I'm still happy with my investment thou. Dividend policy seems prudent to me. I feel that a market cap of 5.3m pretty much prices in most possible risks.
17m equity, tangible assets 12m, debt not great, but not uncomfortable. Sales of 45m, triple the amount before listing (I realize some of this is acquisition) the increase in sales and profit over a number of years has been very impressive.

A 2.5m profit in 1st half 2010, really interests me, the second half saw a massive drop in sales which looked to be pretty typical across the industrials. Since then npat has improved about 500-600k a half. Sales have been steady over the last two halves and the gross profit margin maintained. I still think (maybe foolishly) that there is a distinct chance that all things being equal srh might be normally capable of a 4-5m npat given they solve these management issues. If that should happen than I expect considerable upside, but if not I am comforted by the fact that it could be liquidated tomorrow and we'll still make money.

As far as what I see on the road, I go past k's of t lok barriers each day to work( just put in) + quite a lot of new saferoads vms's . I wonder whether rumors might be localized?
