no dividend for how many years?
3 changes to management in as many years! and talent drain.
Construction/Civil/hire Industry full of rumours, staff retention an issue, cash cow barriers loosing approvals in states, suppliers leaving in droves, with another major one going in New Yaer, customer base alienated and blaming previous not latest CEO for not wanting to deal with them, product quality issues.
heard about major share holder dumping shares a couple of weeks ago on the QT.
Board claimed CEO doing gr8 job in EYF, what went wrong?
serious issues of disclosure apparently CFO resigned left month, what else have they not told the market.
no changes in the board despite all of this, the board should have had faith in the management and not constantly interfered, esp from what I hear the non exec dirs.

with such a low volume traded share I will avoid like the plague esp with recent news.
