I think Darren should come back and do the job. I think he did a pretty good job over a number of years. (at least seen thru the results anyway). I would guess that it would be quite difficult to get any sort of autonomy as an incoming CEO when there is a guy with 15 yr experience in your job and is the largest shareholder of the company on the board. Basically, I think that would lead to a "do it my way or your out' sort of mentality. I find it difficult to believe that someone who has invested so much money, time, and hard work into building a business from the ground up could sit back on the board and just offer advice, especially when you take into account his voting power. I think Darren should save everybody a lot of time, and wasted opportunity and just come back and run this thing.
