Reading the annual reports CHZ say that they capitalise exploration expenditure as non current assets. Based on that they have spent around $33.5 million total in Turkey exploration. In 2014 they wrote down $6.5 million of that based on a revaluation of the Sisorta project. In other words they have spent in excess of $6.5 million at Sisorta but now think its worth less than the carrying value, so wrote it down. So of the $33.5 million total, somewhere less than $27 million was spent at Kestanelik. I'm not an accountant, so I could be misinterpreting this.
