I would never expect 100% premium to current share price, it was commentary on the ability of this team to deliver on what they say - even current share price would have been acceptable.
Im not sure it would be that hard to raise at 0.008 which was less than current share price and through in free option for every share ex. price of 1.5c - last months share price.
