3 July 2018: Diversified investment company Chapmans Limited (ASX:CHP) (“Chapmans” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Daler Fayziev as a Non-Executive Director.

Mr. Fayziev has 16 years experience in project development, marketing and solution providing across the systems integration and oil and gas industries. He has been actively involved in a range of companies as a project manager and CEO. These include RFID and other enterprise level information technologies and oil and gas consulting in Malaysia, Russia and CIS countries. Mr. Fayziev has successfully launched a number of projects in Malaysia, Russia and CIS countries. Prior to establishing EMPS Solutions, Mr. Fayziev held the roles of CEO with CA SEA Energy Solutions and Oliver Petroleum where he was actively involved in consulting to Malaysian oil and gas companies seeking to expand to Russian and CIS markets. Mr. Fayziev has a degree in International Relations from Russian-Tajik (Slavonik) University and a diploma from the Aga Khan Foundation (Geneva, Switzerland). Mr Fayziev is is fluent in English, Russian and Turkish.

The Company Board now consists of Peter Dykes – Executive Chairman, Anthony Dunlop – Executive Director, Dato’ Muhamad Adlan bin Berhan – Non-Executive Director and Daler Fayziev – Non-Executive Director.
