Interesting. I think there's opportunity here with the business model. End of lease, regular cleaning. If their cleaners are good & they can get their name out there it makes booking a clean a cinch. And they guarantee the work.

However, the $1.75M for 8.9% values the business at $20M - that's a pretty high mc for a new business with 10,000 clients (and it doesn't specify they are regular or one-off).

We need more info on this one.
