I am quite disappointed here. More control to TAC, guy who has driven massive change is gone, was obviously good or wouldn't have given the rights etc.

No CEO now, meaning no-one in charge. Multiple people reporting into the Board - who are now more Touchstone people - so we are going back to being a division of TAC?
