Be interesting to see how / if the market reacts. I think he has done great things for CFO turning around the ship after mismanagement. Sounding like he leaves it in good stead to be managed correctly going forward.
Guys like that always have opportunities to move on to, and I don't think the reward package was probably enough for him to hang around, particularly if he was stuck in WV.
