The last CEO was a dud. The temporary one doesn't look the goods ..the role needs a hairy arsed practically experienced person. Hopefully the new permanent appointment fits the bill.
One can expect an awful interim result for the Board to finally have woken up and appreciate the need for change.
Hopefully there are still good people left to lift the co under new leadership.
My experience in cases like this is that it will be a long slow slog, dependent on the quality of the new CEO and the remaining managers.Can't imagine any stars tolerated the past CEO and stuck around. For those who did, your loyalty should be rewarded!
