The biggest worry for me with ALF is if I wanted to sell in a hurry it would crash the price.
At the moment I am up 40% on purchase plus the 12c ff divi and the bonus options ( sold ) it is a good income stream (SMSF ).
Would I buy more.
At NTA I would,at this level if I had surplus cash I think it would be a fairly safe place to park it.
They need to manage the Fund in away to keep the dividend yield at these levels or there will be a big selloff so you need to trust management so far so good.
I tend to buy and hold have been here since 2005 (wls)
