Resolution 4:
Appointment of auditor To consider and, if thought fit, pass the following resolution as a special resolution: “That, subject to the passing of Resolution 3, ShineWing Australia be appointed as auditor of the Company.”

Never heard of these auditors before.

I often wonder if these tiny sporadic buybacks are just a smokescreen to desperately hold up the SP and keep one ore two investors (or gamblers) interested.
