    I think that was a typo as the announcement says expiry is 5 years from yesterday. Given the growth and modest valuation, $0.07 is an easy hurdle in my view but by setting it higher it gives the impression they guy isn't sitting on the board for freebies and only makes good money after overseeing decent value creation.
