TA is always there. I did not buy at $2.50. I bought at the lows when the downtrend was broken and a competitor took 20% stake in this company.

If you want to look at TA indicator - look at the bollinger bands on this - it has narrowed down significantly indicating lack of volatility (more importantly selling) and that is generally done in expectation of news (good or bad I dont know)

Also the risk reward ratio is quite high in this. ISU is a real company generating cashflows and profits. The competitor has to make an offer sooner rather than later. The probability of a win here is way higher.
