Imoney makes 2.1mil in revenue and 1.5 mil in loss. They said they could make it profitable if they want to but it would come at the cost of growth and unlikely to happen. Any investment would be nice to have.
They need to fix their bread and butter business first rather than chasing fairies. Running the most complained about ad on TV in 2018 hardly helps the cause.
I dont know how could you interpret from the discussions that IHA would take a back seat. They havent engaged thats all - they were waiting for full yr results and let the reality of the situation sink in.
Someone asked when are we going to see all your verticals start delivering - years of bad performance - either deliver or get out of that vertical - they said they would be reviewing them.
An offer of $1.10 or something would be lapped up by everone because the business is years away from getting there on its own.
