barclays averaged 22.5 on sale of small percentile of stock,
the current asks at 23 look like frightened holders bailing,and stops hit ,plus anyone foolish enough to margin,there is a large ask of approx 1.5mill sitting in the 23 ,so strip it out and the picture is different
