Perhaps vote for ALK but we'll be prepared to consider the RMS offer again in the light of results of the ALK vote .(Let the holders judge .)

Fulfills their obligation to ALK unless ALK and EXU jointly agree to ditch the ALK offer with no penalty which is seeming increasingly likely  .

In the end whatever is said won't matter much .

As I predicted early on, it's the big holders who ultimately made the decision .

They were the ones capable of either making a detailed analysis OR hiring someone to do it for them .
