I meant to add that given the 7.4m free performance shares MW just got in TMT And the additional 7.4m class B ones he will likely get in the near future he's prob not too strapped for cash at the moment.

It's been so log that I can't remember what his CIZ holding is (I know he has a ton of CIZOA) but the fact that he may soon hold over 37% of TMT makes me feel like it may get the better project if one comes past the desk. (i don't hold TMT).
