Why or who would submit more than 10% of the total shares in EXS into the 19 cent offer at this eleventh hour? Why wouldn't they have sold them on the open market at 26 cents last week? Seems like quite a gamble!
I find it quite surprising that someone (or someone/s) have decided it is best to accept 19 cents off-market as a fallback position with the hope/speculation of SOL either achieving 90% by the end of today or removing the 90% condition to get 0.5 cents more than they can get on the open market.
@Empire07, the recent Quarterly indicates that DB (Pan Australian Nominees) only holds 4.44% as of 28 October, so the additional 'executed trades pending settlement' mentioned in DB's Change in Substantial Holding (3/10 & 5/10)have not settled?? Very confusing, smells more than a bit dodgy - why didn't they report a change in their position since that announcement?
