What seems apparent IMHO is that a deal has been done behind the curtain to bring both parties together probably by a third party who's influence could not be ignored, namely our new major shareholder. I say probably because like everyone else, I don't know. However I would be very surprised if the action already taken against Brimstone has changed in any way for the money still owing to ERL or the
other outstanding monies for Gold treatment. When you have a disputed situation it's often wise to sit the parties down and have a party of influence to mediate the problem for a good outcome. Hopefully this us one of those occasions. But at this point we simply don't know
and will not know until more information is provided. Unknown unknowns are always a mystery and invite speculation by uninformed
people like us all. But that's my best guess. Let's wait until we know for sure before everyone starts running off their mouths with a lot of rubbish. On the surface it seems like a good outcome. All IMHO. GLTAIH. time will tell.
