Bentley if I was still a shareholder no matter how many behind the scenes deals have been done, and no matter how positive the future has become, I would still be irate one of the first things to happen in this particular play was that Brimstone was paid $480,000 when - as I recall - it did not contribute anything to Penny’s Find after Bluecap Mining came on board .
However luckily a new substantial holder has come on board paying almost the same amount as was paid out to Brimstone- according to my maths , $475,154 for three tranches of shares.
Next one of the Brimstone nominated directors is installed in the stead of a retiring Empire director ...
The dissident shareholders no longer want to overthrow the board
Meanwhile the high powered lawyer has nominated someone else to act in his stead for the next few months? (Until FYI shares are either moved on or not?)
And everyone is bedded down together happily awaiting the next stage which may or may not be involve Penny’s Find

I am no longer of the opinion a possible outcome is that Empire will be wound up. This is not only because the ‘powers that be’ have recently poured hundreds of thousands of dollars into it but because of the new people on board
The only reasonable alternative to assume is that genuine profit is on the minds of the board and the company’s more powerful shareholders ..
