Chairman Mr Neill Arthur bought just 75,000 shares; MD Dr Russell Penney bought the maximum 375,000 shares; Director Mr David Hawley only 50,000 shares; Director Mr Stephen Gemmel a disappointing 125,000 shares; and Mr Ian Mutton zero or diddly squat. Director Mr Barry Dawes has resigned.
