Its a funny feeling as it feels like we are further away from a decision as its been a while since the case was heard and Lakes is representing effectively not just its SH's but long suffering Victorians who dont even know they have gone in to bat for them plus other explorers so this is about as big as it gets. Any news story ? none that i saw. The reality we must be getting close to the result but its all quiet; i just wonder if the decision is mostly in our favour how crazy things will get as we still are a long way from revenue. At best it will be a flury of activity and Lakes will already have worked out what they will do for each possible outcome. SP will rise at least some but with REV a while away and how much?- at least we can move forward and what sort of restrictions/conditions we will have to face but 1st gear crawling forward is better than backwards any day of the week.
