Will it be more of a balanced human decision and not just a arbitrary strict interpretation of the law as the gov would usually come off the victor unless their lawyers made a total testable hash of the ban but that seems unlikely. Lakes has had their day in court, lets hope that a reasonable outcome for MOST of Victorians is possible.

this is taking sooo long. i, like the rest of the penny investors, have taken a small slice to effectively wager on the outcome but man is it dragging. i suppose no news is good news... must take a while to calculate damages
