There is only one element that can be used to reference the success of a company.
Numbers.
Basically the revenue and with adjustments dictates PROFIT
This mob has neither.
Until such time as they have, they will be a penny dreadful.
Might as well forget all the announcements re “deals” and not announce anything until they have numbers.
