He went over the 20% level on the 22nd or 23rd of September last year. Im not too sure how the creep provision works exactly, but he can increase by 3% each 6 months. He currently has just over 22% so can buy almost 1% more which is around 1.2 million shares. 6 months from the end of september is the end of march.
