It is disturbing to see the companies technical expert selling, Lan is the most capable of being able to interpret data from the ongoing testing of T2 and 3
He sold 897875 RLEOA @ .3c for a grand total of $2693.63 which looks like this sale on 22/3/19 as the quantity matches
It is not a large amount, petty change to some and unlikely to be an urgent cash flow  solution. So it begs the question why do the damage to investor confidence for so little.
Further more company policy implies that permission would have been sought and granted, so RLE were well aware this transaction was expected and had opportunity to discuss prior to enactment.
