I agree with you, trying to stop the overreacted sell off which is clearly madness, and also a good time to top up, and yes he wont be holding any information that the rest of us don't. But if he was doing it to dump hes left his dumping a bit late. So yes this thing could still fail, or it could still be a huge success. Its a gamble for sure more drill holes will start to tell the story and at those times he wont be able to sell if good or bad news is incoming.
