Ok Joe may be stirring and maybe getting personal ... however, the question in my mind is why the Director wanted to give these shares to his wife rather than others?

Assume divorce plit 50:50, he could have kept half. Since it appears she’s liquidated for cash, he could have kept all of them and let her have other investments to liquidate. The fact that he’s agreed to a lot more than half and instead kept other assets himself seems to indicate that these are a worse bet than whatever other stocks he’s holding. I wouldn’t be dismissing this as something beyond his control (particularly with the conflicting stories he gave the AFR).

So haze that looks like smoke yes. Fire??
