If t2 and t3 flows at 2.4mmcfd , mean forecast reserve banked, equity partner farms into carry future drilling capex, funding secured for pipe from third party and all in 2018, plus $6m cash - all things going to plan if the first three are achieved in 2019 on that list then imho rle will be $1++ by end 2019.
