Director selling is always something to be wary of.
However in this case Ross Norgard's sale closely followed the transfer of shares from trust to personal holding by order of the Family Court of WA. It's reasonable to assume the sale of those shares is related to some external direction.
In Cliff Rosenberg's case, he's also sold shares in APT over the last few days. I'd guess he has some plans requiring cash and maintains the majority of his holdings in both NEA and APT.
So this does seem to be a case of directors selling because they're human beings who have other things going on in their lives, as opposed to selling because the companies are tanking.
