Let's think about this. The MYS business is in the strongest realestate market in all of Australia.
MYS PE is inline with industry standard, nice yield, OH sheet, it is in Tasmania.
I live on the mainland, but, have another trip to Tasmania planned for May.
Been there before, and it seems BEN is the main competition, whereas, the big 4 are ho hum.
MYS has huge IC pool, what will they do before the election?
