Hmmm! The Blue Seas Trust (BST), of which KS is a beneficiary, sold 201,743 shares on market between 21-25/2 at an average price of about $7.74. That Trust still holds 2,358,215 shares though. Another Trust holds 1,486,786 shares and the family SMSF holds 954,750 shares.
I wonder why BST sold. Who else is a beneficiary? It could be a family/discretionary trust which would involve KS' immediate family. A beneficiary wanted some dough?
Anyway, the market may have seen the sale as a bad sign, hence the SP drop to a current $6.74. It could be broker games though.
