They will spend no money on exploration/drilling of SJ, i.e. similarly to what they've done in the last 2+ years where they spent nothing at SJ (not even on drilling), as they slowly draw those funds they "raised" and give it back to themself, they might spend some small amount of money on an updated EIS or NiEq report to "show" they are doing something......
