Agree with you Brent, it should be a non-issue and as you put it, MFD is significantly undervalued compared to its peers. Its undervaluation should be the real focus and whether or not Michelle buys in is but a minor consideration.
Unfortunately though, it is a consideration given that the representation was made that those shares would be purchased. Not doing so lends the market to question why not and result in hypothetical speak. Best to have that door shut.
