The timing of the pledge to buy $250k was on the back of shareholder concern that the Clarkes were vending a CC centre into Mayfield and taking it all in cash, ie. to reinvest $250k worth of consideration. If she were to reinvest $250k through dividend entitlements I would suggest that the $250k would need to be in addition to any of those entitlements to fulfil the commitment.
