Seriously though, it might be the only time of the year he is able to take some well earned profit, as there are all sorts of restrictions on when directors can trade, even when 'the policy' says they can make a trade, they have to be careful as market perception is everything.
IMO he can buy and sell whenever company policy allows him to.
