Jeez Gotta, how long have been saying next year will be the one. I’m as much of a VMT tragic as you are, but for different reasons.
Many, many decades ago when dinosaurs roamed the earth, I worked with PD in an office in Perth. That office churned out really impressive prospectuses with unlimited positive outlooks and the promise of permanent blue skies. We used to laugh at the spin. I see the same language used in the earlier post.

Scroll down to top speed and range. OK it’s probably 4 times the price of a Super Soco but this is what the western market is looking for. Decent range and the ability to ride on highways without ending up as roadkill. Plus they’re great fun in the twisties.
Zero pulled out of Australia because of red tape to concentrate on Europe and the USA.
My local motorcycle dealer used to stock them before they pulled out. He’s heartbroken because demand is huge, he’s still fielding inquiries two years after Zero pulled out.
So back to Super Soco, it will be interesting to see if low cost is enough to overcome the performance limitations. I have no idea what the new age millennial biker wants these days. I think we will find out before the end of the year.
Fingers crossed for a better year for VMT. The best we can hope for is VMT being taken over for more than factory value (whatever that may be).
