No reason to suspect some conspiracy.I'd say Charles thinks the shares are worth buying at 5 cents and has the cash to do so. He can't dud us by buying shares unless we are the sellars.
Also no reason to think there is something secret about Super Soco. We must have been told everything there is to know or Charles would not be buying shares.
Super Soco rent part of our factory and build their bikes and our E-max scooters on the new production line that we own. We pay them a toll to build our scooters so our manufacturing costs per unit are now fixed. Can't get better and more certain than that.
Apart from the rent and the fixed manufacturing costs we have also won (at no cost) the distribution rights for the international distribution of the Super Soco Products which if Super Soco is successful will be a very valuable asset..
Little room to hide anything there. I think Charles is probably a very smart operator and investor.
I have been following his lead and loading up. I love companies that are run by the major shareholder who is using his hard earned cash to top up his holding.
