Exactly, D, most "specs" I look at these days need good management to mitigate the risk in my investment.

With good management you get good execution of strategies which adds shareholder value.

If there's something there, they'll get onto it.

They've kept it tight, bang for buck, value  for money returns on money spent on exploration.

Everyone involved is competent, experienced  and old school, so know how to keep it lean.

Looks like it'll chug along as a nice little producer at some stage, selling into the local mills.

Always nice to dream about finding a mother lode but with a tight register and a well run ship we should have a nice little earner for not too much Capex.

I checked director purchases historically and Ian was buying at 30 cents on market and now got his last fill around 13.5 cents. 

Les Davis was buying at 31 cents on market.

You just want integrity in management which a lot of companies on the ASX lack,  but here it's steady as she goes and looks solid for credentials.
