Of course the word 'muddy' has various meanings, one of which I won't argue about. However in one sense of 'muddy' the deal is not difficult to find in the capital raising document.
"As contemplated by section 5.1 (Purpose of the Offer), the Company reserves the right to pay any Australian Financial Services Licence holder which facilitates a subscription under the Offer, including without limitation New York Securities Pty Ltd, a fee of 6% of any such subscription amount.
I imagine Vost's New York Securities will not get its full 6%, if there is still a shortfall failure by 28th December.
