I'm not a holder or use their services, but from an outsider their shop fronts always look modern, clean and professional. Not sure there is much substance behind the scenes it seems. Personally, not a fan of Mr B. The Mentor show didn't come across as professional and quite cringeworthy (in my opinion) Shame about the SP of YBR. Hope 2019 is a turning point, not promising though.
