Indeed it would. I sold some of my holdings not because of Directors not buying but because of the declining SP. I have a strict capital preservation strategy and I stick to it.

I know it’s not popular, but I don’t give a sheesh about what’s popular, we have an issue (the ATO query), we have a declining SP, and management not informing the market (as to the details of the ATO query - as highlighted above) has only compounded the issue.
The issue of management’s communication or lack there of has been brought up many times by numerous posters. For this reason, among others, I will be maintaining my NO vote, at least for now, against the remuneration resolution at the AGM.
