Not saying it's the same thing, but check the Change of Director's Interest notices filed by every BLA director since April - a similar amount were purchased after the shorter reports. They are now looking at over 85% capital losses on those parcels. Sometimes even the directors do not fully understand the business model and operational risks, or if they do, those parcels are insignificant in relation to their respective overall networths.
Just a balancing statement from someone with no personal interest in this, either long or short.
