Shareholders of Tesla are buying into Musk’s vision of electromobility being an automotive revolution and they’re right. Whether they will be profitable long-term remains to be seen.
The rest of the automotive industry is coming for them though, companies with far greater manufacturing facilities and financial clout.
I have been fortunate enough to drive a Tesla and they truly magnificent cars. I will buy one once Australia has a better and wider charging network.
